| The TimeCast collection | |||
|
The
Cold War 84 range was initially a vanity
project - set up to provide ourselves with 10mm models for gaming the
Cold War in Europe during the early to - mid 1980s. Starting off with a
single model of the T-64B, the range has steadily grown in popularity
and we
are now shipping the models worldwide.

Carlos
has been a customer for many years. He is not a wargamer
but instead concentrates on building dioramas which
feature both military subjects and railways. His
latest
projects feature some of our Cold War vehicles and buidings with
contemporary Cold War Era locomotives. The
dioramas remind me of the big NATO military
exercises in
Germany in the 1980's.

Paul is a very talented and
prolific painter who is wargaming the Cold War era
using our Cold War 84 models.
His painting style is very neat, but with some subtle shading to bring out the details. As for the basing - well, what can we say? Superb! really liked the round bases for the infantry - unusual but
very
neat and effective.
