Show Stocks and Orders
Please
note that we currently have over 600 different products in our
ranges, with new model always being added.
While we endeavour to carry as many products as possible to the shows we cannot guarantee that we will always have every item in stock on the day. Customers wishing to purchase specific models, or to collect orders, at shows are advised to contact us with your requirements at least 7 days prior to the show date. |
Prices
The
prices
for the models are shown on the catalogue pages. Please note that most
of our building models are available either unpainted or painted.
Prices for both painted and unpainted models are shown on the catalogue
pages. Metal wargames model figures (eg OG15s) are all sold
unpainted.
Please note - Customers ordering painted models will be charged P&P based on the weight of the unpainted models, and NOT on the price of the painted models. There is no extra shipping charge for the weight of the paint!
We are happy to provide a quotation for any custom work requiring painting or additional modelling/basing. Please contact us via e-mail or snail mail. All quotes are valid for 28 days from the date of posting/e-mailing.
When ordering via telephone, e-mail or post please enclose your full postal address and a contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can contact you if there are any problems with your order. Thanks.
We accept all major credit cards (but NOT American Express unfortunately). Please note that if you are paying via credit card, there is a minimum order value of £10.00 (not applicable when ordering on-line). Please do NOT send cash through the post.

While we endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible we have no control over the various post offices, customs etc.
We endeavour to ensure that all our products are carefully packaged so that they reach you in perfect condition - but accidents can happen while the models are in transit. If you have any problems with your order (non-delivery, damaged packaging or broken models) then please let us know right away so we can sort the problem out as quickly as possible.
We do recommend insuring your order for shipping, particularly for large painted or custom built orders.

- For orders placed using the on-line shopping cart, the postal and shipping costs are calculated automatically depending on the weight of the models and the shipping method selected by the customer.
- For all other circumstances please contact us for shipping costs.
- All orders
for outside the UK are sent airmail. Surface mail is not available for
orders from outside the UK.
- UK postal services cover all parcels up to a value of £32.00 as standard. Please contact us for an individual quote for orders of greater value.
- Please note that additional insurance for surface mail to some destinations may not be possible - contact us for details.
- We recommend that you insure orders over £32.00 if shipping by post.
- Air

While we endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible we have no control over the various post offices, customs etc.
- Unpainted TimeCast Models: For unpainted models please allow 28 days for delivery within the UK and EU. Deliveries outside the EU may take longer depending on the location.
- Painted TimeCast Models: Painted models are painted to order for each customer and will take longer for delivery. Although we endeavour to complete painted orders as quickly as possible, we recommend customers contact us for estimated delivery times.
- Custom Work and Architectural Models. Delivery times will vary due to the nature of the work involved. An estimated delivery time will be given with any quotation for custom/architectural projects.
- Old Glory
15s and imported miniatures. Although we endeavour to maintain
sufficient stocks of miniatures to allow quick delivery we are still
dependent on shipping times from the USA and the UK customs clearing
our shipments in a reasonable time. We do sometimes suffer delays
either through shipping times or delays in UK customs. We try and keep
our customers up to date with our expected delivery timings but please
allow up to 6 weeks for items which are not in stock at the time of
ordering.
