| Back in 2009 we were asked
to design and build a large and detailed model in 1:300
scale for
a movie which was just starting production. After a week of
discussion with the art department and the historical advisor,
we
had about three weeks to build the model and ship it to the
USA. We are unable to give away the details of the film yet, however the movie itself is scheduled for release later this year. All will be revealed in due course...incidentally, the film is NOT about the battle of Stalingrad! As a bit of a teaser here are some photos of the model under construction plus some black and white photos taken by the art department involved on the film. |
